Frustrating Order Cancellation Experience

I placed an order on December 19, 2025, with overnight priority delivery. A label wasn’t created for it on Monday, which I can understand due to the weekend. However, over a week has passed since I ordered, and I've been trying to cancel it. Unfortunately, I've been stuck in an ineffective AI system that won’t connect me to a real person. It claims there’s no cancellation policy but mentions I can return the product if I wish. How can I return something I haven’t received yet? Additionally, they want to charge another fee for a return label and box. In the end, I had to contact my bank to file a fraud charge and explain the situation, and thankfully, they handled it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Deep Regret Over My Purchase

I truly regret purchasing my blender. The product appears impressive, but the real test of a brand is how they respond when issues arise, and this brand has completely failed. My blender has been broken for almost three months, and trying to claim warranty service has been impossible. I've sent photos, videos, and full explanations. Each time, I'm told someone will get back to me, but no one ever does. I've had to chase them repeatedly and even mention regulatory standards, yet I only receive empty reassurances without any resolution. At this price point, from a smaller brand, I expected exceptional customer service. Instead, it has been one of the worst support experiences I've encountered. While the machine looks nice on my counter, if it breaks, be prepared for a significant hassle.

Delivery Issues with My Blender

I bought a blender and was notified by the shipping service that it was delivered, but it was not. They instructed me to notify the seller, which I did, but they claimed they were not responsible. Now I'm out $80.

One Star Because Zero Isn’t an Option

I rated it one star because there isn’t an option for zero. I placed an order and never received it. There has been no response from customer service and no refund of my money. Unfortunately, it was too late when I discovered others had experienced the same issue. My order was placed on August 24, 2025.

Dishonest Practices

I ordered a blender online and was charged for two units. There’s no way to cancel, no phone number to call, and they don’t respond to emails. This company is not legitimate. Avoid at all costs.

CAUTION: Poor Quality Product

CAUTION! Do not buy; after two months, it works inconsistently at best, if at all. It's a total disappointment. We are repurchasing a reliable product that lasted us for ten years. Don’t repeat our expensive mistake; you’ll end up discarding many unblended smoothies.

Exercise Caution with This Brand

Exercise caution with this brand. Their blenders are quite pricey. I liked mine initially, but shortly after purchase, it stopped working completely. I contacted the company multiple times but got stuck in a loop of emails. I provided all necessary information and photos, yet they keep asking for the serial number and videos of the malfunction. They even suggested signing up for their 'warranty' program, which I already did. It's your product; it’s only a year old. We simply wanted a replacement base unit. The couple promoting this product seems unreliable and not serious about their business. I've filed a complaint with regulatory authorities in hopes of getting them to honor their advertised warranty. Stay away from this brand.
