However, over a week has passed since I ordered, and I've been trying to cancel it. Unfortunately, I've been stuck in an ineffective AI system that won’t connect me to a real person. It claims there’s no cancellation policy but mentions I can return the product if I wish. How can I return something I haven’t received yet? Additionally, they want to charge another fee for a return label and box. In the end, I had to contact my bank to file a fraud charge and explain the situation, and thankfully, they handled it.
