I've used this store a few times and generally had a fine experience, however I received an order recently which was missing 1 perfume altogether, and included 1 wrong item. Contacted customer service, had a very slow response. A week or so later, I was sent a returns label for the wrong item sent, and this was refunded nearly 3 weeks later. I don't have a refund for the missing item. Not sure if I will order here again.
