Just arrived. Everything was great. The packaging was excellent, and my order reached me safely. The bottles look fantastic as well. Outstanding value for the price. I highly recommend the service and plan to order again in the future.
I'm genuinely disappointed to write this. I've shopped here numerous times without issues and even left a positive review before (which I will now remove). However, I'm frustrated with their customer support. I ordered a fragrance on December 3rd, marked dispatched the next day, yet I still haven't received it. Tracking shows it's still pending dispatch from the sender. I've sent several emails without any response. Even a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated, but I've heard nothing, which feels quite rude! I used to value this store and shopped weekly without delays, so I’m baffled by this sudden decline in service. It’s quite frustrating! The store has lost a loyal customer; I’ll take my business elsewhere.
This beauty store is incredible! The perfume sets have delightful scents! I will certainly be placing another order soon, as they also have a variety of beauty products! Additionally, the customer service is outstanding. Thank you to the beauty store!

I was generally satisfied with the items in my mystery box. The only disappointments were that the full-sized perfume was a labeled tester and partially used, and the moisturizer wasn’t sealed and also seemed used. Everything else appeared fine. I reached out to the company, and they addressed my concerns promptly. I was very impressed.
I ordered one fragrance but got another. Attempting to return or replace it has been a hassle. I received a generic email reply directing me to contact customer service! Also, both phone numbers I tried had no response. One email mentioned I would be credited if I return it, but I want a refund, not store credit, as I won’t be using this service again.
