However, I'm frustrated with their customer support. I ordered a fragrance on December 3rd, marked dispatched the next day, yet I still haven't received it. Tracking shows it's still pending dispatch from the sender. I've sent several emails without any response. Even a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated, but I've heard nothing, which feels quite rude! I used to value this store and shopped weekly without delays, so I’m baffled by this sudden decline in service. It’s quite frustrating! The store has lost a loyal customer; I’ll take my business elsewhere.
