Ordered a mattress on January 3rd and received a message stating it would be delivered in a few days, but I'm still waiting. My dad has been trying to reach out for assistance without any luck. When he finally managed to talk to someone, he received the same unrealistic explanation about snow, even though other places aren't affected. It's frustrating to think they might be in their own snow globe. They later emailed, claiming a high volume of inquiries due to the weekend, promising a response within 48 hours. What a joke! It certainly didn't take them that long to process the payment.
