Don’t usually write reviews but want to warn others to stay away from this company. Ordered two ottoman beds in January and haven’t heard anything else from this company except excuses. Emails ignored or you just get a generic response and impossible to get through on the phone. I can only assume this is a scam or the company is in dire straits and about to fold thankfully I paid via a credit card so I’m going to start a section 75 to recover my money! For those reading these reviews do yourselves a favour and buy your beds elsewhere and save yourself a whole heap of agro !!

Delivery quick with no problems. Drivers took it upstairs and into the bedroom for me.

Received my bed (second purchase) it good but disappointed that it took so long for delivery after first delivery date being cancelled and no update on when it would be delivered (17days later)unable to have conversation pre recorded message! however V1 where first class as I contacted them email and phone and they where able to inform me that only part of the bed has been scanned to them and as soon as they receive the second part it would be delivered it was within 2days of them receiving they also emailed me to say they had it fantastic service V1 not so Much bed Supermarket let yourselves down no problems previous hence returning customer

Delivery was on time as expected, and the delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful getting it in the house.
No complaints, would definitely recommend 👌

Put an order In for a double and single mattress 31st ;December did expect a late delivery due to the new year but after ringing and being told the mattress makers would get the couriers to deliver which was a complete lie. As I rang DURA they said they send all mattresses to the bed supermarket warehouse. I sent emails and they stopped answering the phones, well you got an automated voice then it cut you off.
GO TO YOUR BANK and get a charge back. I cancelled the order and started a charge back £689 Which I

No delivery date after 6 weeks, lack of communication from the service.

It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order, and there is still no delivery date. Getting a response from the service regarding delivery or a refund has been extremely challenging and frustrating.

Delayed mattress delivery and poor customer service

Ordered a mattress on January 3rd and received a message stating it would be delivered in a few days, but I'm still waiting. My dad has been trying to reach out for assistance without any luck. When he finally managed to talk to someone, he received the same unrealistic explanation about snow, even though other places aren't affected. It's frustrating to think they might be in their own snow globe. They later emailed, claiming a high volume of inquiries due to the weekend, promising a response within 48 hours. What a joke! It certainly didn't take them that long to process the payment.

Delivery Delay and Poor Communication

I was assured that my mattress would arrive on January 14th, but I received disappointing news when I inquired about the status. It seems that everything has been handed over to a new delivery courier. I placed my order on December 31st and I'm really frustrated with the wait.

Extremely uncomfortable mattress worsening my back pain

This mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and is exacerbating my back pain. I need to return it as soon as possible. If you're looking for an orthopedic mattress, I recommend avoiding this option; it's terrible.

Delivery took much longer than promised

I ordered a mattress expecting delivery within 3 to 7 business days, but it took 14 days to arrive. The explanation provided was that it was due to snow. Upon receiving the mattress, I found it to be identical to one I had previously purchased for half the price, which I had to discard because of its poor quality. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would advise others to avoid this service.
