Put an order In for a double and single mattress 31st ;December did expect a late delivery due to the new year but after ringing and being told the mattress makers would get the couriers to deliver which was a complete lie. As I rang DURA they said they send all mattresses to the bed supermarket warehouse. I sent emails and they stopped answering the phones, well you got an automated voice then it cut you off.
GO TO YOUR BANK and get a charge back. I cancelled the order and started a charge back £689 Which I
