I placed an order on November 28th and was informed by the courier that it would arrive on December 4th. As of the 8th, nothing had arrived. I spoke with the courier, who indicated that while a label was printed, the item had not been picked up from the seller. The company informed me that they couldn't provide an estimated dispatch time due to being extremely busy. Very disappointing; I won't be ordering again.
