I had some concerns about the delivery taking a while, and the updates were quite confusing. However, when it finally arrived, everything was in perfect condition. It was well packed, and not a single bottle was broken.
I placed an order on November 28th and was informed by the courier that it would arrive on December 4th. As of the 8th, nothing had arrived. I spoke with the courier, who indicated that while a label was printed, the item had not been picked up from the seller. The company informed me that they couldn't provide an estimated dispatch time due to being extremely busy. Very disappointing; I won't be ordering again.
The ordering process was quite straightforward, and the product was excellent. However, the delivery experience left much to be desired. I recognize it's a busy season, so the slightly delayed delivery was expected and not a major concern. Yet, obtaining any useful information about the delivery was chaotic. I received notifications from two delivery partners, but they were not helpful. Communicating with the delivery and tracking partners was challenging, and the support from the service was also not very useful.
