I placed my order on November 25th and have yet to see any signs of it. I received a message stating it was dispatched and the courier provided a delivery date for December 2nd, but it hasn’t even been picked up from the company. I am still waiting and have received no communication regarding this issue. I have been a regular customer, but this experience may change that; I am very disappointed.
