I attempted to use their service for a document translation into French, but I was not satisfied with the outcome. They assured me that the initial $0.95 charge would be refunded within 72 hours if I was not happy with the service. Instead of receiving my refund, I was continuously charged this amount without my consent.I have tried reaching out to their customer service by phone, but my calls have gone unanswered. Additionally, I have sent multiple emails inquiring about my refunds, only to receive vague responses that the money would be refunded, which has yet to happen.I urge you to consider this information carefully.
