They use AI to respond to complaints and never, ever, get to the bottom of them. I was enrolled into their monthly subscription. Just how, I don’t know. They state that, because I used their free trial, I automatically got enrolled. I didn’t use their free trial, I paid for a supposed “one off” service. One week later, they took £35.99 out of my bank account. I complained, they empathised but would only agree to cancel the subscription, not refund what I had taken off of me. Their responses ar almost immediate at all times of the day. AI just repeats their terms of reference. A very frustrating time trying to get my money back !
