I made a one off PDF purchase. All good & no complaints. However a few weeks later £39.95 has been deducted from my account. I know for sure That I did not agree to this subscription. Their response is fast + they offered me 2 years free service as compensation...but NO refund. I cancelled the service on my Paypal page asap . I will try getting a refund through them. Be careful using Thebestpdf !!!
