I received a charge via PayPal for a monthly subscription of £39.95 (USD50), I did not sign up for a monthly subscription. I did purchase a short 7 day use subscription and can only think that there was somewhere on their website committing you to a monthly subscription that was not clear. I contacted TheBestPDF and after a number of email exchanges I finally received a refund.
