The second you pay, you get pushed into a maze of deceptive upsell screens disguised as included features, and the “OK” button doesn’t mean “continue,” it means “charge me more,” which is a dark-pattern design choice meant to trick users, not help them. Their email customer support is a total joke shitty, AI generated bullshit responses, no accountability, and, to top it off, the link to report a “bad experience” is conveniently broken, while the “good experience” link works just fine, which tells you everything you need to know about where their priorities are. I requested a refund immediately upon realizing the scam, and it has been ignored entirely; a legitimate business stands behind its product, not behind broken links and silence. Save your money and avoid this site completely; there are honest services out there, and this is absolutely not one of them.
