Total scam. I was told I would pay $1.95 for ONE document. And a month later you charged me $39.95USD. Even though I hadn’t used ur cite since, and there was no warning that I would be charged basically $60 Canadian dollars to convert one document. If I knew I would have cancelled immediately. I’ve reached out for a refund and still received no actual response other then an ai chat box one.
