I want to highlight a serious issue I've encountered with this service, which seems like a scam. I was charged $0.95 five times for a subscription I never consented to. I tried their service for document translation into French and was dissatisfied. They claimed the initial $0.95 charge would be refunded if I wasn’t happy, but instead, I was charged repeatedly without my consent. I attempted to reach their customer support by phone, but my calls were ignored. I also sent multiple emails asking about my refunds, receiving only vague replies stating that the money would be refunded, which has yet to happen. I urge you to take this information seriously. It’s important to warn others about these misleading practices to prevent similar experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to receive a response soon; it’s been since October 28 with no refund.
