The response time was outstanding.However, I feel that this business is very deceptive. I thought I'd signed up for a 1-time PDF for $0.95 and somehow ended up paying $40 for that single form. I understand that somewhere in the fine print it must have said I had to cancel within x amount of days, but I certainly missed that part. 40 bucks for a single form is pretty ridiculous.
