They charge a small fee for a PDF conversion, but then they automatically bill you annually for a much larger amount. I've already reached out to the payment service regarding this issue and I recommend others do the same. The challenge is that the payment service's automatic systems treat it as a 'consent' issue when you make that initial payment. However, you need to contact the payment service directly to have them investigate further. It's important to escalate this issue and work towards eliminating this questionable business from the internet!
