This behavior is unacceptable, misleading, and unethical. Customers should never feel like an open bank account. If a service requires recurring payments, this must be clearly disclosed and explicitly confirmed, rather than hidden behind unclear processes or confusing subscription models. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, and the cancellation process involved unnecessary back-and-forth. The only positive aspect was that the subscription was eventually canceled, and I received written confirmation that no future charges will occur. I strongly advise users to: • Monitor their bank statements closely • Avoid entering card details on this site • Be cautious of unclear and aggressive subscription practices This experience severely damaged my trust.
