I had a bike fit at the Bicycle Lounge with Matt and the service was absolutely top class. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my goals, including getting me back riding comfortably after shoulder surgery. He explained every adjustment clearly and made sure the fit was tailored perfectly to my body and limitations, not just the bike. The attention to detail was excellent and the whole process felt very professional but relaxed. I left feeling far more comfortable and confident on the bike, and I could immediately feel the difference.
