I have tried a few of detox kits and I have to say that this one in particular has been really helpful. I felt quite stuck and sluggish before but after completing the detox, I felt lighter and definitely had more energy. I also noticed my mind felt lighter and my mood changed too. I highly recommend the kit and am looking forward to doing it again
