After losing 17 lbs of mucoid plaque doing the All Juice Cleanse for 14 days, and feeling absolutely great, I just had to keep a bottle of the Digest Power on hand in hopes that it would help continue that cleansing feeling. I tried someone else's Gut healing formula for a while which helped, but would cause the runs often depending on what I ate. I absolutely love Bio Cleanse Detox. This is my 4th year of using this and first of all, I typically lose an about 15-20 pounds within the 8 days of use. I also feel very light and energetic throughout the last 4 days typically. It's not difficult to get through because you are minimizing parasites and you lose your cravings and your appetite. This will most likely stay my staple detox system.
