I placed a large order (nearly £400) and was given an estimated dispatch date. That date passed, and after several emails, I received more dates… eventually, it was ‘supposedly’ dispatched, but the delivery service has no record of it. After numerous emails, I'm still being told to wait and blame the delivery service. Still awaiting my refund. It's disappointing because the items looked lovely.
