Very happy with my order

I’m really pleased with my order. I did face issues with delivery, which were from the delivery service's side, not the platform. The delivery company mentioned a problem in my area, but it was resolved today. I highly recommend them, and their packaging is beautifully done. I got eight items for my space and love each one. I've also purchased from them at a convention.

Frustrated with my mirrors

I bought two mirrors and was very disappointed with their poor quality. They feel flimsy, warped, and don't reflect accurately. They look cheap, and I suspect they were made at a low cost. Quite disappointing.

Still waiting for my parcel

I placed a large order (nearly £400) and was given an estimated dispatch date. That date passed, and after several emails, I received more dates… eventually, it was ‘supposedly’ dispatched, but the delivery service has no record of it. After numerous emails, I'm still being told to wait and blame the delivery service. Still awaiting my refund. It's disappointing because the items looked lovely.
