My partner and I ordered a holiday gift for his father, and what we received was just a bag of blocks with no instructions. This should have been made clear in the description, indicating that instructions are sold separately. It's absurd that my partner has to either pay for return shipping or an extra fee for the instructions. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially since we planned to put this together as a family. You have truly spoiled our holiday. I will be sharing this awful experience on social media. AVOID THIS SELLER! Go straight to the official site! It may cost more, but the customer service is much better, and you'll receive instructions included.
