I recently ordered what I believed to be a genuine Lego set from theblockzone.com. The website is heavily marketed toward Lego fans, offering popular sets at prices slightly below market value (approx. 10 CHF cheaper). However, the entire experience has been highly questionable.
The Product:
After a 4-week wait, the package arrived from China. It was hand-packed and completely wrapped in plastic. Upon opening, there was no original retail packaging—just loose, heat-sealed bags of bricks. This is clearly not an original Lego product but a knock-off.
The Return Process (A Hidden Trap):
Attempting to return the item revealed a very shady process:
No Prepaid Labels: You must pay for return shipping yourself.
Private Addresses: After filling out a contact form, I was emailed a private residential address in Europe for the return, rather than a professional warehouse.
Hidden Costs: Their FAQ states that any customs duties incurred during the return will be deducted from your refund.
High Risk: Shipping an international parcel to a private individual is expensive and offers zero protection for the buyer.
Verdict:
Between the long delivery times, the counterfeit nature of the goods, and the intentionally difficult/expensive return policy, I cannot recommend this shop. If you are looking for authentic Lego, stay away. This site trades on brand confusion and makes it nearly impossible to get your money back without losing a significant amount on shipping fees.

My partner and I ordered a holiday gift for his father, and what we received was just a bag of blocks without any instructions. This should have been clearly stated in the description, indicating that instructions were sold separately. It's ridiculous that my partner has to pay for return shipping or additional fees for the instructions. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially since we intended to assemble this together as a family. You've genuinely ruined our holiday. I will be sharing this terrible experience on social media. AVOID THIS SERVICE! Go directly to the official site! It may be pricier, but the customer service is far superior, and you'll receive instructions included without extra charges.

Unacceptable behavior from this seller. The item shows as received, but it never was, and the seller refuses to offer any compensation. I lost over 200 euros because of this, just two weeks before the holiday. I will ensure this doesn't happen to anyone in my circle again.
Not satisfied! The package arrived very late in a generic box wrapped in duct tape, which is disappointing as we like to keep the original packaging. I emailed for a receipt multiple times with no response. I finally connected with someone through their website who informed me that they don't provide receipts. Why not? I will never buy from them again and will make sure others know not to either!
