Deceptive website!

I wanted to return two jewelry items and requested a full refund. Instead, I was offered the chance to order something else while keeping my original purchase. I had to insist on a full refund, only to be told I must return it at my own expense—£16 for recorded delivery to another country! The website is very misleading, as there's no mention of the service being based overseas. The products appear great online but are of poor quality in reality. Terrible experience.
