Extremely inadequate customer support. I received two items that were supposed to be the same size, but one is much smaller. I requested a refund or exchange, but it’s been over a month without any response. I've sent several emails. I cannot recommend this service.

Deceptive website!

I wanted to return two jewelry items and requested a full refund. Instead, I was offered the chance to order something else while keeping my original purchase. I had to insist on a full refund, only to be told I must return it at my own expense—£16 for recorded delivery to another country! The website is very misleading, as there's no mention of the service being based overseas. The products appear great online but are of poor quality in reality. Terrible experience.

Total disappointment!

Total disappointment! I ordered a two-tone ring that turned my finger green almost immediately. I reached out to the service directly and on social media, but they completely ignored my messages and did not provide any customer support. I received a similar ring from another retailer, and it's lovely with no skin issues. Even though I got it at a discount, this service feels very untrustworthy, and the jewelry quality was so poor that even free would be too much. Awful!
