Total disappointment!

Total disappointment! I ordered a two-tone ring that turned my finger green almost immediately. I reached out to the service directly and on social media, but they completely ignored my messages and did not provide any customer support. I received a similar ring from another retailer, and it's lovely with no skin issues. Even though I got it at a discount, this service feels very untrustworthy, and the jewelry quality was so poor that even free would be too much. Awful!
