Initially, the five-month rental was fine, but everything went downhill after moving to a larger apartment. The place didn't resemble the photos: damaged furniture, peeling surfaces, an old sofa, and broken appliances. We felt trapped due to the complexity of relocating mid-immigration. We've sent numerous emails and had many technician visits, yet issues remain unresolved. The compensation offered was insufficient and highlighted their lack of understanding of the problems created. We're now stuck in an apartment with a broken dishwasher, feeling held hostage by the service. I cannot recommend.
