The apartment is located in a quiet area while still being very close to Brickell and all the fun spots. Everything was exactly as described, clean, and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable the entire time.
The location made it easy to get around, and the space was perfect for both relaxing and exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
I faced a notable lack of accountability from the service concerning the apartments offered. My wifi was down for two weeks, and the washer and dryer were outdated and malfunctioning. Communicating for repairs was difficult, as there seemed to be a disconnect in their operations. Additionally, they impose high charges for services like parking and do not provide the same amenities as the apartment building, such as free morning coffee or access to the conference room in my case. I paid a premium for low-quality furniture and faced communication hurdles. I strongly recommend looking into other providers.
