There has never been a more perfect bookshop concept. This dainty little addition to the area is a fantastic haven for book lovers, with the benefit of fantastic charcuterie boards and well thought of wines to heighten the experience. Despite the petite size of the shop the selection of books is incredible! Everything from thriller/horror,romance, fantasy/romantisy, the latest and most interesting selection of cook books and non fiction. The Bookmonger really has it all!!The owner clearly has her finger on the pulse of both new and upcoming authors and book releases and also the classics. The perfect girl date spot. My only complaint ….They’re not in Ayrshire! But they are worth the travel from my village in Dunlop. A true destination bookshop!
