I was impressed by Website Bravo quick turnaround time on my business card design. The first draft was a bit off color, but they revised it to be more eye catching and professional. The final look always gives me a great feeling.
This company is ridiculous. I advised Jeff from this company that I knew nothing on the marketing side. He advised they would handle everything. Two years later my website is awful and has made no money. There has been a turn around in staff so I didn’t even know who to talk to. The accents were very heavy so I asked them to contact me via email. They continued to call. I asked for a refund and they refused so I mailed a letter to them which couldn’t be delivered. After about 3 weeks later I received the letter back unopened with no signature.
