My item was supposed to arrive on 23 December, but the status hadn't updated since 19 December. I sent three emails with no response. Eventually, the status changed to 'preparing to send,' but my inquiries went ignored. After waiting 30 minutes on chat, I learned the item was sent via a service that doesn't guarantee next-day delivery. The agent couldn't explain the delay and then stopped responding. Multiple follow-ups have also gone unanswered. Extremely disappointing service.
