POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE AFTER-SALES SUPPORT. BE CAUTIOUS AND CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS. I am deeply disappointed, which is why I'm writing this review. I hope others heed this warning, as a decline in their sales might prompt them to show more concern and goodwill. In summary, THEY LACK UNDERSTANDING AND DO NOT DEMONSTRATE ANY CARE!

UNACCEPTABLE AFTER-SALES SERVICE. THEY SHOW NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER CARE, SO CONSIDER SHOPPING ELSEWHERE. I HOPE OTHERS READ THIS AND TAKE NOTE, AS A DROP IN SALES MIGHT FORCE THEM TO SHOW SOME GOODWILL. IN SHORT, THEY SEEM COMPLETELY CLUELESS AND DISINTERESTED!

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. They send unwanted emails and don’t provide an option to unsubscribe. I don’t even have an account with them, yet I received a marketing email without any way to opt out, violating legal requirements. I had to find a contact email off-site to request removal from their list, but my email was bounced back despite them using the same address. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Delivery issues and poor communication

My item was supposed to arrive on 23 December, but the status hadn't updated since 19 December. I sent three emails with no response. Eventually, the status changed to 'preparing to send,' but my inquiries went ignored. After waiting 30 minutes on chat, I learned the item was sent via a service that doesn't guarantee next-day delivery. The agent couldn't explain the delay and then stopped responding. Multiple follow-ups have also gone unanswered. Extremely disappointing service.

Awful customer service experience

Awful customer service; my order took over a week to ship. I called for an update and was told it would ship that day, but three days later, I'm still waiting. They promised expedited shipping for free, but I've seen no progress. I was lied to and would advise avoiding this company entirely.

Excessive shipping charges

I was about to order water from this company, but the shipping fees are outrageous. While the water itself is reasonably priced, the delivery cost is simply unacceptable.

Delayed delivery despite promises

They advertise next-day delivery, but after 6 days, my items still haven't left the warehouse. I received no responses to my phone messages or emails.

No response from customer service

Customer service does not respond. My order hasn’t been dispatched, even though they have taken my money. I can't reach them by phone or email. If they don’t respond soon, I will have to request a chargeback. Very disappointing experience.

Misleading advertising

I ordered a kit along with miniatures. They promised 24-hour delivery, but it took 3 days and was delivered to my home instead of a parcel shop. Annoying but I accepted it. Upon opening, I found the miniatures in a poorly presented box, not the clear baubles as advertised. When I complained, they claimed the kit referred to the service of creating the baubles, not supplying them separately. They insisted the service isn't refundable unless I return everything. Their offer of a discount code felt insincere, as it required a minimum spend. What a letdown!

Misleading delivery times

Their website claims 3-5 days for delivery, but it took 2 weeks without any communication from the seller. I would not use this service again.
