I just want to say a massive thank you to Jeany at The Bottle Club, I have been messed around by DPD a pure vendetta because a compliant was made about a deliberate none delivery. Anyway over the space of 5 days 8 business hours lost (long story) but the more DPD did to mess me around the more angry I got and took it out on The Bottle Club which is unacceptable so this is an apology as well as a review, I received a phone call this morning apologising when in all reality they had nothing to apologise for, this just goes to show how much effect useless and vindictive couriers can have on someone's business. anyway first class service from The Bottle Club
