This place is incredibly frustrating. They are a foreign entity trying to convince you that you're receiving quality bourbon. My experience with them has been awful from the start. They sent me two bottles instead of three and falsely claimed one was a premium product. What I received was completely different. When I called, they just wanted me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It gets even worse; a friend of mine received three bottles, and one of them looked suspicious. After tasting it, it was clear it was low-quality whiskey. They seem to be repackaging cheap products and misleading customers. If you reach out to them, you'll feel uneasy and realize they don’t care about the product or customers—only profits. Stay away from this company!
