This place is incredibly frustrating. They are a foreign entity trying to convince you that you're receiving quality bourbon. My experience with them has been awful from the start. They sent me two bottles instead of three and falsely claimed one was a premium product. What I received was completely different. When I called, they just wanted me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It gets even worse; a friend of mine received three bottles, and one of them looked suspicious. After tasting it, it was clear it was low-quality whiskey. They seem to be repackaging cheap products and misleading customers. If you reach out to them, you'll feel uneasy and realize they don’t care about the product or customers—only profits. Stay away from this company!
I placed an order on November 29. Although their website states they ship all orders within 48 hours, mine has not been shipped yet. After several attempts to contact the company, I was informed that the item I ordered is no longer available. This may be the worst company ever. Avoid placing orders with them.
These individuals engage in fraudulent practices. I placed an order nearly a month ago and have received nothing. I’ve emailed four times, and they only replied to my second message three weeks ago, stating my order was on the way. They have not responded since, and I still have no product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
