Misleading Information and Poor Service

I ordered four bottles of a specific product on August 29, 2025. Before placing my order, I confirmed with a representative that the product was in stock, as shown on their website. My order arrived yesterday, and it was completely incorrect. I am now trying to return the wrong order and get a refund.
