Incompetent and deceptive practices. They sent my package via UPS, and when I wasn’t home, they redirected it to a store far away. After multiple emails and chats requesting a redelivery, I received no response. Eventually, UPS returned the package to them, and after reaching out for the fifth time, they informed me they would charge a "30% restocking fee." I have never encountered such incompetence and greed.
