The woman who answered to phone when I called to attempt to return the product was very kind and understanding. She could see there was a problem with the product that was very obvious. I ordered a set of breast forms in a "vanilla" shade that was noted on the ordering information on the web site. The breast forms I received, were noticeably darker. If I had a deep suntan, they might have been appropriate. The breast forms seemed to be too large and while this is admittedly, a weak argument, if I tried them on, I knew I couldn't return them. As it turned out they were a reasonably, appropriate size after I was flatly turned down for an RA number by upper management.
