Purchase and order process straight forward and easy to follow. The package arrived within expected time frame. The Brooklyn bed was in perfect order on arrival, only problem is my 4 1/2 year old Border Terrier refuses to stay on it or sleep in it. 😉🤦♀️🥴We will continue to coax her - hopefully 🤞
