We have an abundance of dog beds for our four large dogs, making it difficult to keep track. One major downside of most beds is that when the covers get dirty or worn, you're often left without a solution. We invested significantly in two beds from a well-known brand, and despite their claims of offering replacement covers, they are perpetually out of stock and recommend purchasing new beds instead, which isn't very eco-friendly. We also have two large beds from another brand, but unfortunately, the covers began to deteriorate after just a couple of washes, and replacing them isn't an option. However, the beds from another brand are a hit with my dogs, including my senior arthritic pet. They offer a wide range of options for extra or replacement covers. These beds have become my forever choice! I appreciate the quality and the environmentally conscious approach of the company!
The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was prompt. This is our second purchase, and we, along with our dog, are delighted that we finally chose to buy. They are comfortable and wash very well! The saying that you get what you pay for couldn't be more accurate! I wish we had purchased these for our other dogs! Bonus - Canadian 🍁
I'd rate lower than one star if possible. The bed arrived damaged. By the next morning, my puppy had completely destroyed it. The bed is NOT chew-resistant. Please don't waste your time or money on this product. I reached out to the company, and they offered to sell me another at cost. However, it's NOT chew-resistant, so why would I spend more on something that will be ruined? My puppy would just shred it again. They claimed it was due to my puppy being confined, but he can get in and out all day. He chewed through it because it is NOT chew-resistant. He demolished not just the warm topper but also the part they claim is chew-resistant underneath. IT IS NOT CHEW-RESISTANT. I wish I could share pictures to prove it. This is false advertising.
The website was super easy to navigate. The dog bed looks great, arrived sooner than expected, and our dogs really love it. Upon closer inspection, I think the material could be denser since I can see the base fabric. Overall, though, my dogs are obsessed.
