I ordered 5 of the throws for my granddaughters Christmas presents. The order was placed on Facebook. As soon as I placed the order I attempted to cancel but there was no place to cancel. So I contacted the company via email and told them to cancel the order. They said it was already being processed and they were not able to cancel it. This was literally minutes after I placed the order. I have since reached out to them multiple times to ask them where my orders are. Total silence. No more communication no matter how many times I email them. I have been taken for 160.00. What a scam they are. Facebook really needs to monitor more closely what is being sold on their site.
