I would rate this company a big fat…

I would rate this company a big fat ZERO ! I ordered 5 of these nice, luxurious, thick, soft blankets on 11-24 - received them finally yesterday, opened one of them (they are pressure packed) and it is the cheapest made, bath towel size, thin blanket I have ever seen! These were Christmas gift and I am so mad! I wouldn’t even put these things in a dog bed! Advertising is false and blankets are crap! DO NoT ORDER!!!

Terrible

Terrible. Don't order from here. Not delivered and it'sbeenover 3 weeks, no response after 3 tries. Tried calling and it didn't ring, it made a weird noise then hung up. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. So I'm apparently out of money because I can't get a fricken response. It was supposed to be a gift.

Placed the order on 2nd December and still not received. Reached out by email 3 times and no response. Wish I looked at the reviews first as everyone mentioning the quality is poor, gutted what a waste of money, if I actually receive them.

The quality and size is nothing like advertised. Very thin, not warm, and very small. The package did not include the invoice or any company name or information. I had to look up on my credit card. Very disappointing product.
