I admire the brand and their mission! The purchasing and delivery process was straightforward, and the package was beautifully wrapped and arrived in excellent condition. The necklace is gorgeous and solidly made. The only note is that when I received the tracking info, it indicated my parcel was coming from overseas. While I know that doesn’t always equate to poor quality, it's just a perception issue.
