EU data roaming does not work in all European countries. I faced issues in Belgium and Portugal, while it worked fine in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Cyprus. 2G calls are reliable, but 4G/LTE data connection was unavailable in those countries. Customer service responses were unhelpful, only providing boilerplate replies without addressing my questions.
It's inexpensive, but that's due to the poor quality! If you want to spend 1-1.5 hours on the phone while the representative makes mistakes, then choose this service! Or maybe you want to wait hours for internet installation, only to find out the technician was rescheduled without notice? Opt for this service! Or better yet, pay a little more for a reliable network and service.
