I placed my order in August 21st 2025, still waiting, they said it has been sent but the update on the tracking says, waiting to recieve so never sent at all I had to contact the bank as there's no customer service, the number provided is not available, and the chat you wait days for a response and all they do is apologise, but I still never recieved, I honestly wouldn't advise anyone to use them, the waiting time is shocking.
This company say they will refund you and then don’t. Over £300 I’ve been waiting for to be refunded. Having to contact trading standards etc which is all very stressful. They’re impossible to deal with and can’t speak to a manager. Avoid as this is incredibly stressful and if you read other reviews they’re known for being thieves
Please do not buy! I feel I've been scammed and so gutting. Bought mounjaro pen in JULY 2025 - still waiting and no refund. Always another excuse, stock issues, payment system is down so can't refund. Then an email drops in offering me another £50off my next purchase- scam.
Paid in full for Mounjaro from YourMedicals (order #84128) in August 2025 and my order was never delivered. I have been chasing YourMedicals for months, only to be met with evasive excuses and a demand to pay extra due to a price increase. This is a blatant breach of contract and a total disregard for consumer law. Their customer service shows zero accountability or respect for their obligations. Completely unacceptable—avoid at all costs.
I am incredibly disappointed with the service; it's been almost 10 weeks since my initial order, and it has yet to be dispatched. I've sent numerous emails to the support team regarding this issue, but they have consistently over-promised and under-delivered.
I placed my order on October 30th and have yet to receive any updates on delivery or dispatch, despite making multiple calls and sending emails. I keep being promised tracking information, but there has been no communication. I've requested to speak with a supervisor or management over four times, only to be told I would receive a call back, which has not happened. I am now escalating this matter with consumer protection as it has become quite frustrating.
I can only give one star because it won't let me select none. After two months, I'm still waiting for a refund. The service is absolutely appalling, and I just get the same automated replies. They take your money instantly, even before approval, but sending it back is another story.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. It took over three weeks to get my prescription approved. I ordered on the 29th of October, and as of the 2nd of October, my pen still hasn’t been dispatched. This treatment of customers feels almost fraudulent. I keep reaching out, but all I get are weak excuses. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different option! Terrible service.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Back in August, I ordered a weight loss pen, only to be told at the end of the month that I needed to pay more due to a price increase. I opted for a refund, but now it's December, and after three months of constant follow-ups via phone and email, it finally arrived today. I received vague replies to my last few emails, and when I called asking to speak to a manager, I was promised a callback that never came. I threatened further action if I didn’t receive payment today, and it seemed to work. Do yourself a favor and choose a more reliable company. As a side note, I used another platform for a refund and received it within an hour.
